The MBA Department of IIMT College of Engineering, Greater Noida started with a view to provide quality management education for the budding managers of the region rather India. The department was established with a viewpoint of not only imparting theoretical knowledge but also inculcating the necessary skills of a manager This means that the department was conceptualized with an aim to be a leader in the field of training, entrepreneurial leadership and developing the research acumen. We at Department of MBA, IIMT use new ideas, ICT based tools and practical knowledge sharing via various methods for enhancing the learning process. The innovative practices in teaching and learning stimulate the interest of the students towards the studies as it involves them in the learning process. A physical model of any product or component itself is a representation of overall concepts, idea. The students are motivated to create new models (research) and better understand the existing concepts. The faculty designs and develops the models with the help of students so as to involve them into the process. Certain online workshops and certifications in relevant fields are also encouraged among the students for further value addition.
