Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, Delhi was established by the Bhartiya Brahmin Charitable Trust in 2007 with the aim to impart value-based education and to prepare the most competent and ingenious technocrats and leaders of the country.
BPIT as an ‘A’ grade institute of GGSIPU offers courses of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), which are approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). It also offers a three-year full-time Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) to set the foundation for future executives. The Institute is ranked between a bracket of 251-300 in NIRF ranking 2021 among all engineering institutes in India.
Spread over an area of about 6 acres, the institute has an excelled infrastructure and is equipped with state of art facilities such as lecture halls with multimedia facilities; laboratories with modern instruments; well-furnished seminar halls; a spacious conference room and a duly maintained girls’ hostel.
The college has taken a great leap forward in technological advancements to create a seamless flow of information through a free Wi-Fi-enabled campus and the installation of a Solar Panel. BPIT is an aesthetically designed space endowed with a Rain Water Harvesting system in order to build an eco-friendly realm. The college has developed a well-stocked, computerized library facilitating online databases such as DELNET and NDLI.
The institute is housed in a well-accessed built-up space in a prime location of Rohini in proximity to Rithala Metro Station on Line1 and Samaypur Badli Metro Station on Line2 are at a distance of approximately 1.5 Km and 2.0 Km respectively from the Institute.

The college has its own placement cell which mainly aims at creating placement opportunities for students and provide industry-specific knowledge. Some of the prominent recruiters are Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, IBM, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, Syntel, Landis Gyr, Honda, APL Apollo Tubes, Hitachi Consulting, JK Tyres, CSC, Accenture, Indian Army and Indian Navy, Mu Sigma, Mobikwik, Steria, Sopra., and many more. In the year 2019, for UG courses 311 students got placed and the median salary package stood at INR 3.5 LPA.

- Library: College library has a collection of 42279 books and 6095 titles, including good quality books on multiple disciples such as Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Communication skills, Engineering Mechanics, etc.
- Medical Room: The college has an inhouse well equipped medical room with basic health facilities such as medicines, a Blood Pressure Monitor, Thermometer, ASD equipment, bed, etc.
- Seminar Hall: The college has three fully air-conditioned and well equipped Conference/ Seminar Halls with modern audio-visual facilities for various activities such as expert talks, seminars, workshops, faculty development/ management development/ executive development programs, pre-placement talks, etc.
- Canteen: The college has a spacious canteen and serves quality meals, snacks, and beverages at concessional rates.
- Indoor Sports Room: The college has a quiet spacious Indoor sports room. It contains 2 Table tennis tables. It has provisions for other indoor sports such as Carrom and Chess.
