The GD Goenka University – GDGU Gurgaon was formed in 2013 as a premier institute that imparts quality education in the country. The University is affiliated with and recognised by the Government of Haryana, BCI, Pharmacy Council of India, UCG, National Council for Teacher Education, Council of Architecture, and Haryana Council for Physiotherapy Panchkula, Haryana.
The campus of the University is spread over an area of 60 acres with a vision of offering novel and quality education to the aspiring young generation. The mission of the university is to build an education ecosystem that is transparent and fosters ethics, social responsibility, and empathy among students.

Applicants can start the procedure of Admission by visiting the official website of the college and filling out the form with basic details along with selecting schools and courses. They are then required to pay the fees, check scholarship eligibility, upload necessary documents, and submit the form.
Applicants also need to appear for GD Goenka Aspire Test to get admission to the University. For this test, they can register online from the official website. This exam is conducted online to check the knowledge and aptitude of students. After qualifying for the test, the applicants will be invited for online counselling sessions. They will be allotted seats after verifying the documents and Personal interviews. The documents required for verification are Pan Card, Aadhar Card, and 12th passing Certificate.

The Placement team of the GD Goenka University believes in student empowerment for which it works with the Faculty Placement Coordinators and Student Placement coordinators to provide them with the best recruitment opportunities. The Placement Team motivates students to participate in activities like practice sessions in English, Reasoning, and Quant, PDP sessions, and provides them exposure to different industry’s expectations to enhance their professional and employability skills. The team also organises guest speaker sessions, workshops, conferences, academic fairs, and several other events.
Students of the University also have to undergo Summer Internship Programs with a company for a period of about 8 to 12 weeks. They are also encouraged to participate in Mentor-ship Programs.
The Corporate Resources Center Team of the University also focuses on strengthening the soft and hard skills of students. The main objective of the CRC team is to educate students of the importance of Personality Development and encourage them to work SMART as well as put their efforts into accomplishing professional goals.
Companies that visit the college for the placement process are Wipro, Genpact, To The New, Tech Mahindra, HDFC Life, HCL Technologies, Puma, IBM, Axis Bank, and many more.
Infrastructure is the main attraction and key point of the GD Goenka University that tries to meet all the academic requirements of students. Students can find following infrastructure and facilities within the campus:
- Hostel: The campus has hostel facilities for boys and girls where they can find various amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, Security, Mess food, and many more. Boy students can find different types of rooms such as four-sharing, three-sharing, two-sharing, and Bunk beds. Girl students can live in four sharing, two sharing, and bunk bed rooms.
- Library: Students can find a rich collection of books in the library from different fields like Communication, Engineering, Fashion & Design, Architecture & Planning, Management, Hospitality, Law & Education, Humanities & Social Sciences, and Medical & Allied Sciences. The library consists of different sections such as Circulation Section, Periodical Section, Reference Section, Book Bank, Audio-Visual Section, and Digital Library.
- Food Facilities: The campus has a cafeteria that serves nutritious food and a dining room with a capacity of 1200 people.
- Sports & Fitness Centre: University provides indoor and outdoor games along with gym facilities for students. Students can find facilities to play games like Chess, football, snooker, cricket, and carrom.
