The Department of Management under KIET School of Management was established in the year 2004. The basic purpose of MBA programme is to bring in an attitudinal change among the students, to develop their leadership qualities and finally to mould them into competent managers. The department trains its students to handle resources optimally and to take effective decision to achieve organizational goal. The two year full time course, affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly UPTU), Lucknow, is divided into 4 semesters. The subjects covered in each semester are designed to equip students with modern management concepts and techniques relating it to the real life situations.
